Miss JayatiJhala , daughter of HemanginiJhala (Founder), is the Managing director of Reflexion play school South Bopal and Managing partner of Reflexion play school Ghuma and Bopal.

She did her schooling from the Delhi Public School, Ahmedabad and completed her full time Bachelors of Education degree and Post graduation in School leadership and management degree with a dream of opening more branches of Reflexion in nearby areas.

She has been to many‘special needs schools’, IB board schools and top CBSE schools in Ahmedabad as a part of internship and research program to acquire knowledge and experience about diverse and innovative methods of teaching students in different kind of set ups. She has also attended more than 50 teacher training programs and workshops.

She worked at Zydus School for Excellence, Godhavi, Ahmedabad, India as an Educator.

Her forte has been child psychology, teacher training and “Teaching through Innovation”.

She believes that the initial years of a child (2 to 6 years of age) are the most important years in a child’s life. Nothing can do more wonders for them than a strong foundation.

Creating strong roots by imparting education in an environment which is filled with fun, love and care will always be her motto.

Mrs Neera Sharma is the Director of Reflexion Play School, Ghuma. She has done her Masters in Geology from M.S University, Baroda.

The Ghuma branch which is owned by her has the best campus with big play ground, infrastructure and natural surroundings with lush green garden and greenery all around. It’s a Modern day Gurukul in itself.

She started her journey with Reflexion in 2016.

Previously she was in Japan where she learnt about different ways and methods of teaching in kindergarten. She is using her expertise and experience to provide an enriching learning environment for students.

She believes in providing best facilities and an enriching environment for learning. She is actively involved in organizing the curriculum, activity schedule and child assessment moduels of Reflexion.

She and her father Mr Kale, fondly called as Kale sir also run the Asha Seva Kendra in the same premises where during evening hours, they conduct free sewing classes for ladies, yoga and meditation classes for senior citizens, free coaching classes for underprivileged children and a library for senior citizens.

Mrs Hemangini Jhala is the founder and pioneer of Reflexion Play school. She is the one who started this inspirational journey in the year 2004. She is fondly known as Mother of Reflexion. She belongs to the erstwhile royal family of Lathi, Gujarat. Her father is the founding member of the famous Rajkumar College Rajkot, Gujarat.

It is because of her thrive to perfection and fine grooming of children that Reflexion play school received the winning trophy for 2 consecutive years at an inter preschool competition where more than 15 pre schools of Ahmedabad had participated.

Her areas of expertise are curriculum development, parent and child counseling, operational discipline and culture enhancement.

She believes in never compromising in providing best quality of education and care to children and because of this quality of hers, Reflexion has earned the title of the best daycare and preschool in bopal and surrounding areas.

Mrs Ami Kinarivala is a very special person who is associated with Reflexion since 2007. She belongs to the famous Kinarivala family of Ahmedabad.
